Return Policy: Droopy Sand

Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your purchase.

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
• Keep all tags attached.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at shop@droopysand.com for a return authorization.
2. Package the items with the return authorization and send them to the provided address.
3. Returns will have a flat rate shipping cost of $7.50.
4. Once we receive and approve the return, expect your refund in the original form of payment within 14 days.

Exchanges: We don't offer direct exchanges. Please follow the return process and place a new order.
